The system can automatically detect and highlight any differences, thus identifying foreign objects, between a scanned vehicle’s undercarriage and its original undercarriage reference image stored in the system's database, without requiring any intervention from a system operator. Compared to traditional liner scanning cameras, our UVSS solution adopts the latest intelligent scanning technology that is capable to scan 3D environments with clearer details and depth. The built-in speed detectors, ultra high rate sensors and advanced processors allows our scanner to capture high-speed vehicles of up to 60 km/h. High quality images can be captured even at varying speed. The scanned image results are coloured at 4096p, which allows zoom in to get all details of each scanned undercarriage.
In terms of cost and performance, our SmartScan UVSS hardware comes as slim as 6cm with a flexible modular design blueprint , which saves a lot of construction and maintenance time and cost.
